1972 Washington Redskins NFC Championship Ring
Though they came up short in Super Bowl XII, the 1972 Washington Redskins made an impressive showing in a 26-3 victory over the Dallas Cowboys to capture the NFC Championship. This ring was presented to Tom Skinner in appreciation of his role as team pastor and spiritual advisor. The Indian head logo is front-and-center, surrounded by "1972 NFC Champions" around the bezel, which is encrusted with 14 real diamonds. It's stamped Josten's 10K, with team logo and "Togetherness" on one shank, and "SKINNER" engraved above the playoff winning scores on an NFL crest on the opposite. Weighs 46.8 grams and is size 11.5, and the owner's name is also engraved on the inside.
