1972 Willie Mays Autographed Game Used Bat (35")
Adirondack 302 M63 is the personal model of the Say Hey Kid, used during his final month with the Giants and possibly with the Mets after being traded to the Amazin's in May of '72. Willie would complete the next season by making his final World Series appearance, but the Mays we prefer to remember is the young man in his prime with the Giants, wielding a bat with the dexterity and ferocity of a cutlass. Bat is signed in large black sharpie on the barrel, "Best Wishes Willie Mays 1972." Knob is stamped, "M63" with "33 1/2" written in pencil. Nice use with no cracks. A cutlass supreme.
