1973-74 Gump Worsley's Last Game Used Stick
The Gumper closed out his career with 29 matches in Minnesota during the 1973-74 NHL season. This Sherwood goal stick was used in his final bout according to the vintage strip of white cloth tape on the shaft reading " Gump's Last Game Stick". Gump's old-style tape job is all there, with heavy black bulldog tape on the blade and on two areas of the paddle. "Worsley L." and an underlined "1" factory stamped up near the white over bulldog taped knob. No condition issues... this one is a keeper.
