1973 Joe Frazier vs. George Foreman Full Ticket
On January 22,1973 Joe Frazier put his Heavyweight Title up against George Foreman. In a stunning event Foreman knocked out Frazier in the second round to take the title. Frazier was the champion and favored, but was repeatedly dropped by the heavy handed Foreman as Howard Cosell announced, "Down goes Frazier!" Offered here is an original, full, unused ticket for this event. This full ticket names and pictures both fighters. Stub firmly attached. Bold color and clear images. Pencil notation on back. Hole punches on outside borders. 2 3/4" x 8 3/4." A rare ticket, seldom seen as a full ticket.
