In 1973, the Fighting Irish finished the season undefeated, and then came from behind to beat Alabama, the undefeated #1 seed in the Sugar Bowl, gaining them the national championship. Elegant 10 karat gold ring has a blue stone on top with the Notre Dame logo in gold in the center of the stone. "National Champions" and four cz's surround the stone.
