1974-75 Reggie Harrison Pittsburgh Steelers Game Worn Jersey
It has been speculated by some that this is the actual jersey worn by Reggie Harrison in Super Bowl X, when Pittsburgh trounced the Dallas Cowboys in the final quarter of an otherwise tight game. Our experts can't say for sure due to the low quality of the photographs from this game, but it is certain that this jersey was worn during the Steelers’ Super Bowl Championship season of 1974-75. Showing tons of use and plenty of team repairs, this shirt is an amazing football find. Featuring a "46" sewn on the front, back, and both shoulders with "HARRISON" on a plate on the back, it still looks superb and feels very well-loved. There was at one time another name plate on this jersey, indicating that it was also used in a prior season or seasons. There is evidence of a Sand Knit tag having been sewn on the front tail, but there is no indication that this jersey ever had a year tag attached; another sign of the jersey being reused by the team, as earlier Steelers jerseys did not have year tags. Comes with photos of the team at the Super Bowl, an empty commemorative Iron City Beer can, a video of the Super Bowl game and two separate LOAs. Harrison has signed the jersey on the front in 8/10 black marker.
