1974 Mean Joe Greene & 1978 Terry Bradshaw Super Bowl Rings w/Real Diamond (Saleman Samples)
Two of the cornerstones of the original Steel Curtain Pittsburgh Steelers championship teams are featured in these rings. One is a size 10, 1974 Super Bowl IX sample ring of Mean Joe Greene, which has a cubic zirconia surrounded by "Pittsburgh Steelers World Champions" on the bezel. The right shank is engraved, "Super Bowl IX" with an image of the Lombardi Trophy, while the left shank is engraved with the team logo, "Greene" and his number 75. The other is a sparkling 1978 Terry Bradshaw Super Bowl XIII sample ring, size 10. The middle of three diamonds on top is real, with a photo from a gem tester for verification. The diamond alone cost just under $4,000 to put in, the bezel reads "Pittsburgh Steelers World Champions," with "Super Bowl 1978" and the Lombardi Trophy on one shank, and "Bradshaw QB" surrounding an image of his helmet on the opposite. Both bear "Jostens 10K" stamp inside and show little, if any, wear.
