1975 Carlton Fisk Signed World Series Share Check
This check couldn’t be timelier, stamped Nov. 24, 1975 - this was the check given to Carlton Fisk from the Red Sox as payment following his World Series performance. Undoubtedly the most important signed check from Pudge in existence. Here we have the John Hancock of the greatest catcher of all time. Carlton Fisk is the owner of two of the most prestigious records a catcher can boast - the most home runs hit (376) and most games caught (2,229). This single feat remains to this day the most dramatic and memorable win in World Series history. Check endorsed by Fisk on the verso in blue ballpoint, “Carlton E.
