1975 Pete Rose Game Worn World Series Uniform
The transcript of the LOA from Pete's wife Karolyn on her personal letterhead: "This is the uniform Pete Rose wore during his World Championship 1975 season. He also won the MVP in possibly the most exciting World Series in history that year. The jersey is a road knit size 44 and the pants are tagged '75' for the year and size 33. They are both 100% original and authentic and I saw Pete play in them." Use on the pair is incredible, just what you'd expect from the fiercest competitor to play the game since Ty Cobb. "Cincinnati 14" on chest of jersey; "Rose 14" on back. "Wilson [size] 44" tagging in tail. Strip tag in waistband of pants: "14 33 23 75."
