Exceptionally gaudy satin robe is the one worn by the Lightweight Gold Medal Winner as he stepped through the ropes in Montreal. Red, white and purple robe is patched with a constellation of stars and the lettering on back, "America Is Beautiful, Howard Davis, Jr." Lining is red, white and blue terrycloth. Tagging from "Giuseppe" inside lapel. Acquired directly from Davis with his LOA.
