1976 Joe Morgan Cincinnati Reds Bicentennial Signed Game Used Bat (PSA GU 9)
Important 1976 signed game used bat from one of the standouts of the Big Red Machine era, Joe Morgan. Louisville Slugger model S44 is 34.5 inches in length and weighs 30.5 ounces, and exhibits excellent use. Ball and stitch marks are visible along with bat rack paint transfers, and pine tar on the barrel. Bicentennial stamp is burned between the trademark and barrel, and Little Joe's signature in 7/10 blue marker is near the barrel stamp. Based on the above info, this uncracked bat has been given a strong PSA GU 9 grade, though it should be noted that the letter does not authenticate the autograph. Morgan powered his Cincinnati Reds to a sweep of the post-season in his second consecutive MVP campaign while also earning the fourth of his five Gold Glove awards.
