1976 Topps Star Trek Cardboard Ordering Form with Captain Kirk and Spock - Only One Known!
Measuring 8.5x11", this colorful and intensely imaged "Special Order Sheet" proclaims to store owners that "hours of award-winning TV excitement..." could mean "new business for you!" Capitalizing on the popularity of the sci-fi hit, Topps produced one of the most popular TV show trading cards of all-time, the 1976 Star Trek issue. This never before seen form has images of Captain Kirk, Spock and the Starship Enterprise above an area for the lucky store owner to order as many of the 36-count boxes they desired. The Topps insignia is displayed below, immediately next to a blank area for the Topps return address, indicating this is likely a file copy - and the only known example. Excellent overall condition.
