1976 Willie Stargell Autographed Game Used Bat (36”)

1976 Willie Stargell Autographed Game Used Bat (36”)

This is the mighty lumber used by the man responsible for creating such legendary home runs as the one that exited Dodger Stadium, and the 535-footer at Olympic Stadium. The Pops of The Family toted this Hillerich & Bradsby Z19 for one of his last 20-homer seasons. Use is light but definite and the handle is slightly cracked. Bicentennial stamp of the Liberty Bell burned onto the barrel. This beauty is also signed by the Pirate legend in black sharpie on the barrel above Stargell’s stamped facsimile signature, and his number “8” is handwritten in black marker on the knob.
