This 1977 leaseback contract is signed by Thurman Munson three times AND in the year of our lord 1977, when the Yankees won their first World Championship since Mickey Mantle. Dated April 7, 1977, just one day before Yankees Opening Day. Also, signed by wife Diana Munson it is for the New Jersey property they lived at on 314 14th Street in Norwood, NJ. Interestingly, the purchaser was the New York Yankees baseball team which adds to the greatness of the document . We have never offered a Munson piece signed twice, let alone a holy trinity of three times. Get this, it is also initialed a few times by The Yankee Captain to boot.
