1978 Muhammad Ali and Leon Spinks Rare Uncut Promotional Print
Rare uncut promotional poster issued for the heavyweight title fight rematch between Muhammad Ali and Leon Spinks, held at the Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana, on September 15, 1978. While we have seen examples of this poster before, they are always found as individual posters featuring, respectively, Ali and Spinks. This is the first uncut example we have ever seen, let alone offered, making it an especially rare souvenir commemorating Ali's final victory in the ring. The poster (25.5x35.5"; visible dimensions) is in apparent Excellent to Mint condition and has been framed to total dimensions of 26x36". Please note: the size and/or weight of this lot will necessitate an increased shipping charge.
