1978 Muhammad Ali Signed Glove as World Champion with Unique Inscription
Ali's ever-present swagger is evident even in his signature on this pair of vintage Muhammad Ali-endorsed kids' boxing gloves. He signed the right hand glove "After me there will never be another, Love Muhammad Ali Dec - 78" in 9/10 ballpoint pen. As a counterpoint to his bravado, Ali also drew a heart radiating what appears to be love. The cuffs of the gloves have Ali's likeness flanked by his famous quotes, "Floats like a butterfly, stings like a bee," and "I am the greatest." Included with the gloves is the original box. The gloves are EX while box is VG with detached top flaps.
