1978 Muhammad Ali Signed "Superman vs Muhammad Ali" Comic Book in Framed Display (PSA)
Muhammad Ali was one of those rare athletes whose fame transcended his respective sport, so much so that he became a cultural icon. That fact is evident by his starring role in a special oversized comic book, published by DC Comics in 1978, in which he fights none other than Superman. Offered here is a copy of that famous comic book, signed by Ali on the front cover in blue Sharpie (grading 9/10). The comic has been matted and framed together with a rare full ticket to the fight (printed by DC Comics as a special promotional piece to herald the publication of the comic book), and a color photo (modern print) of Ali reading the comic book. The comic book (9.75x13"; visible dimensions) is in apparent Excellent condition. The ticket (8x2.75") has been mounted (most likely by an adhesive on the reverse) and is otherwise in apparent Near Mint condition, as is the photo (7.5x9": visible dimensions).
