1979 Sugar Ray Leonard vs. Fernand Marcotte On-Site Fight Poster (Vintage Signed)
On February 11, 1979 at the Convention Center in Miami Beach, Sugar Ray Leonard fought Fernand Marcotte, winning the fight by T.K.O. after knocking Marcotte down in the 8th round. Presented here is a rare on-site poster to the event which has been boldly signed in vintage hand by Sugar Ray Leonard. The cardboard poster is 14" x 22" picturing both fighters along with the undercard. There is one light crease and some water staining, though virtually no fading. Some sharp images of the fighters in this quite rare, early on-site poster of Sugar Ray Leonard.
