1980-83 Bobby Murcer Game Used Bat (35")
This Yankee star was called upon to fill the shoes of the great, Mickey Mantle. Although he indeed possessed a sweet swing, his "stadium stroke" wasn't quite powerful enough to tally home run numbers like the Mick, and Murcer never gained "superstar" status. Louisville S2L is slightly cracked on the handle (repaired with brace wrapped with tape) and shows other great signs of use. The #2 he wore in his last years with the Yanks is written in black marker on knob.
