1980 Franco Harris Game Worn Pro Bowl Jersey
Still one of the most recognizable figures in NFL history, Franco Harris wore this white mesh jersey for the 1980 AFC Pro Bowl team. "American" is screened in red letters on the chest and "Harris" on the back, both above his number 32. As would be expected from a Pro Bowl, it shows light use but has two large dirt stains on the right shoulder and sleeve and a light dirt stain on the left shoulder. Sand Knit size 48 tag is on the tail of this rarity, which originates from a televised charity auction in 1981 on Pittsburgh station WQED, on which Harris appeared with this jersey. The Hall of Famer was a major factor in bringing four Super Bowl titles to Pittsburgh, and his "Immaculate Reception" catch in the 1972 AFC playoffs ranks among immortal plays in football history. Comes with LOA.
