1980s Heisman Trophy Bronze Statue
Important piece is an actual statue that was never put on a trophy, as it may have been part of a test pouring and this one was not actually used for the final statue. It is EXACT in every detail and quality as the player trophies are given, just does not have the wood base. Even has the final state of correct patina. Was made from the original Roman Bronze Works mold and by the artisans there. Look underneath and you will see the process by which it is made and it is fascinating. Could have a base added and plaque and with your own name. Stands 14" tall and weighs 18.5 pounds. Supreme quality and iconic design. One of only two known to exist.
