1981 New York Yankees American League Champions Ring
Led by Series MVP Graig Nettles, the 1981 Yankees swept former manager Billy Martin and his Oakland A's squad to win the Bombers' lone pennant of the 1980s. This is a sized salesman sample of the A.L Championship ring that was awarded to the Bombers that strike-shortened season. It's size 10.5 with the classic interlocking NY on the blue face surrounded by the inscription "Yankees American League Champions." The left panel has "Jackson" written above the Yankees logo and "Pride" below. On the right panel is "1981," inscribed above a well-detailed Yankee Stadium and "Tradition" written on the bottom.
