1982 John Elway at Stanford Photograph (PSA Type I)
Great look at John Elway during his days as quarterback at Stanford in this 1982 Type I photo. Crisp 8x10" black and white shot was taken by Tim Davis and shows the Hall of Famer stepping into a throw with a defender in pursuit. Front is clean with no blemishes evident, verso has a mailing label with typed info, "John Elway - Stanford Quarterback - All-American - Heisman Trophy Candidate." Davis photo credit stamp is also on back along with news service date stamps of November 20, 1982, and April 27, 1983. Encapsulated by PSA as Type I Authentic.
