1982 Oneonta Yankees Minor League Complete Set with John Elway
Before he was a two-time Super Bowl winning quarterback, John Elway was a second round draft pick by the New York Yankees, and played half a season for the Oneonta Yankees in the New York Penn League. The rifle-armed right fielder hit .318 with four home runs and 25 RBI in only 42 games, and could have had a nice career in the Bronx. This set of 17 cards includes the only baseball card issued for the Hall of Fame quarterback. NM to NM/MT throughout.
