1983-85 Derek Holloway Michigan Panthers Game Used Jersey
Circa 1983-85 Michigan Panthers jersey game worn by wide receiver Derek Holloway. Jersey is royal plum in color with light blue and white trim. Tagging on left tail shows Champion size L as well as an Extra Length tag which is mostly faded. Number 29 is in heat-applied numbers on front, shoulders, and back, in white-on-blue. The most extensive use displayed is to the name, which is in all white heat-applied letters on a plate above the rear number. It should be noted that, while there is currently a team in the new USFL under the same name, this is from the original franchise, which existed from '83-85. Holloway played for the '83 champion Panthers, scoring the first two touchdowns in the first ever Championship Game in Denver, Colorado. He would also play in the NFL with the Washington Redskins and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, as well as in the Canadian and Arena Football Leagues.
