1983 Carl Yaz Day Signed Poster
This Boston Red Sox "Yaz Day" poster dates from October 1, 1983, when the Red Sox honored slugger Carl Yastrzemski at Fenway park. The poster features an action photo of Yaz, along with over 30 signatures of players and coaches, including Carl Yastrzemski himself. Other notable signatures include Wade Boggs, Ralph Houk, Bruce Hurst, Johnny Pesky, Ed Yost, Jim Rice, Dwight Evans, Bob Ojeda and many others. All of the signatures were obtained in person at the event. The poster has been mounted and framed to measure 22 x 27" and is in excellent condition.
