1983 Don Mattingly Columbus Clippers International League Champions Ring
The Columbus Clippers were founded in 1977 along with Franklin County Stadium, the jewel of the International League. Don Mattingly led the Clippers’ offense in ’83 and Manager Johnny Oates guided the team to their 4th pennant. Sides of sample ring are “Mattingly Yankees Pride” and “Clippers 1983”. Top of ring is adorned with CZ atop Yankees logo surrounded by words, “International League Champions”. 19 karat gold, size 10.5 from Jenkins.
