1983 Hank Greenberg and Charlie Gehringer Retired Numbers Bat
This 35", 35oz. black Hillerich & Bradsby bat was produced in very limited quantities for the number retirement of Hall of Fame teammates Hank Greenberg and Charlie Gehringer by the Detroit Tigers. This sleek looking bat features a commemorative plate on the barrel inscribed with "Numbers 2 and 5 retired June 12, 1983 Detroit Tigers". These bats were not available to the public and only given to the players, family, and officials.
