Yet another successful Heavyweight Championship title defense, this time a twelve-round unanimous decision against Lucien Rodriguez in the town where most of Holmes' early pro bouts were fought. Red satin robe acquired from the Holmes camp is by "Everlast," with size 44 tagging in collar. Flowing white letters stitched to back read, "World Heavyweight Champion Larry Loves Scranton." NRMT black sharpie signature is on front. One of the all-time greats of the ring.
