This attractive wooden plaque, presented to Guy by the Montreal Canadiens, displays the game puck from this milestone assist mounted on anodized blue aluminum below the tri-color three-dimensional Habs logo. Inscribed, in French, is "Guy Lafleur, 1220th Point, Highest Scorer in Montreal Canadiens History" along with additional statistics from this milestone event. In excellent condition.
