1984 Ken Singleton Baltimore Orioles Signed Game Worn Jersey
Baltimore Orioles road jersey worn by outfielder Ken Singleton in 1984. The gray knit jersey is lettered "Orioles" across the front and features the number "29" on the left breast and reverse. "Singleton" is lettered upon a gray nameplate on the reverse, directly above the number. All letters and numerals are applied in orange and black tackle twill. A Baltimore Orioles "30th Anniversary Patch" appears on the left sleeve. Located on the left front tail are a "Rawlings 44" label and a flag tag reading "Set 1 1984." Singleton has signed the jersey in black marker (grading 7/10) on the reverse, directly above the number. The jersey is original as issued and displays moderate wear. 1984 marked Ken Singleton's final season in the Majors. One of the top switch-hitters of his era, Singleton finished his fifteen-year career (1970-1984) with 2,029 hits, 246, home runs 1,065 RBI, and a lifetime .282 average.
