1984 Tom Seaver Autographed Game Worn Cap
The New York Mets first superstar player who led the Amazin’s to a miracle in 1969 was acquired by the Chicago White Sox in 1984, resulting in 2 seasons worth of “Terrific” White Sox memorabilia, including this cap, signed under the visor in blue sharpie. “Sox” embroidered on the front white panel. “41” written in black marker under the visor. Tagging on inside of leather sweat band is “New Era” with MLB and [size] 7 3/8 flag tags. Nice signature use. Originally obtained from Seaver along with his White Sox jersey, also currently offered in this auction.
