1984 Tom Seaver Autographed Game Worn Jersey
Much to the chagrin of all Mets fans, Tom Terrific Seaver was lost to the Chicago White Sox in 1984, for which he would win 15 games, and 16 the following season. It was also with the White Sox that Seaver would get his 300th career win and surpass Walter Johnson on the all time strikeout list. White home pullover White Sox jersey worn by the Hall of Famer in 1984. “Sox” stitched in white lettering across the blue stripe on the front. Back is “Seaver” in arched navy lettering with his “41” below. Sandwiched between is his nice blue sharpie signature. Tagging on front tail is “Medalist Sand Knit [size] 48” with Exclusive Chicago White Sox tag to its left. Nice use. Obtained directly from Seaver.
