1985-86 Michael Jordan Game Worn Vintage Signed Sneakers

1985-86 Michael Jordan Game Worn Vintage Signed Sneakers

Michael Jordan, the Brooklyn-born basketball superstar who ended up in Chicago, made history by making it look easy in these red, white and black Nike Air sneakers. Because of a broken bone that sidelined Jordan for most of the 1985-86 season with the Bulls, these particular game-worn, vintage signed sneakers may not have seen too much action during the whole of his second season. They may have been part of his miraculous comeback though, where in the second game of the playoffs against the Boston Celtics, he gave it his best, and scored 63 points in the double-overtime loss (135-131) for a playoff record. The 1984 Rookie of the Year signed each of these (size 13) with a ball-point, one signature on the right shoe’s inner heel, and the other on the left shoe’s inner high top. Signatures have lightened a bit. Excellent wear overall. Comes with LOA from a very well-known Michael Jordan collector.
