1985 Michael Jordan Signed Nike Air Jordan I Sneakers (JSA)

1985 Michael Jordan Signed Nike Air Jordan I Sneakers (JSA)

The man who revolutionized both the sport of basketball and its footwear, Michael Jordan signed these Original Air Jordan I Sneakers. These were autographed on the inside of each in 1988 in black marker. An Air Jordan logo is on the outside of each ankle with interior ankles stamped "12 - 850709BY." While the prototype Nike Air Ship sneakers were banned by the NBA for not having enough white to conform with uniform codes, these Air Jordans were the first of their type to hit the market in 1985-86, displaying more white but still with ample patches of red and black throughout, making them the most famous basketball shoes ever made. This pair shows use, but not by Jordan, and comes with JSA Letter of Authenticity for the fiber-tip marker signature on both shoes.
