1985 Wade Boggs Photograph (PSA Type I)
Original Type I photograph capturing Wade Boggs as a member of the Boston Red Sox. Boggs is pictured at bat during a game at Fenway Park. From his gaze, it looks like he just took one the opposite way into left field, perhaps a liner off the famed "Green Monster." A credit label on the reverse features the photographer's name ("Peter Travers") and the date ("9/18/85"). The Red Sox defeated the Toronto Blue Jays 13-1 on September 18, 1985, with Boggs recording four singles in five at bats in Boston's win that night. The photo (8x10") remains in Excellent to Mint condition. PSA encapsulated as Type I Authentic.
