1985 Wally Backman New York Mets Game Worn Jersey
From Wally Backman's 1985 season with the Mets in New York comes this fine Mets away jersey. Size 38 Rawlings jersey is complete with all manufacturers tagging in the collar including a "Set 2 - 1985" flag and "6 85P" strip tag. Vintage gamer is simply decorated with "METS" across the chest, number "6" on the front and across the back just below the "BACKMAN" nameplate; all in blue orange tackle twill. Signed on the front by the man himself in blue marker. The name plate on the back appears to have been slightly adjusted. All other lettering and numbering is original. Shows nice use.
