1986 Ohio State Big Ten Championship Ring
The 1986 Buckeyes compiled a 10–3 record and defeated Texas A&M in the Cotton Bowl, 28-12. Defensive lineman Ray Holliman was given this real 10 Karat gold ring that is size 13 and stamped by Jostens on the inside. "OHIO" is written across the red background on the face with "BIG TEN CHAMPIONS" written around it. The left shank bears Holliman's name and number (55) along with a Buckeyes helmet, the helmets of the two Cotton Bowl participants and the 28-12 score. The right shank reads: "1986 BUCKEYES" with the team logo.
