Though the early years of his career were marked by injury and inconsistent play, in 1986 Phil Simms erased any doubt about his ability in leading his New York Giants to a Super Bowl victory. This is a game worn white mesh NY Giants jersey with "Spider 43" patch for Carl "Spider" Lockhart, who died on July 9th, 1986. Sand Knit size tags are on the bottom tail with "86" indicating the year, and Simms' number 11 is screened on front and back.
