A wonderful print by an artist who signed "TKS". This 13" x 18" artwork was originally given to White House staffer Katherine C "Charley" Shepard. She came to the White House after achieving numerous occupations in Republican circles. As a highly regarded and trusted professional, Shepard worked exclusively with Reagan's private secretary and monitored/organized his meetings and appointments. Reagan, who acted in westerns, was often seen wearing a cowboy hat on his ranch. Contains PSA LOA and is graded Mint 9.
