1987 Andre Dawson National League RBI Leader Award
This official award was presented to Hall of Fame baseball player Andre Dawson for leading the National League in R.B.I. in 1987, the same year he won the MVP, when he crushed 49 home runs and knocked in 137 baserunners. The award features an orange cream marble base adorned with a thick clear wedge with a metal home plate affixed to it with "RBI Leader" and an player swinging a bat etched into it. The affixed placard reads "Presented to Andre Dawson - Chicago Cubs / National League R.B.I. Leader 1987". Small chip at the top of the clear wedge, sticker residue on the back of the base, and some minor scuffing, but otherwise EX+ condition.
