1987 World Series Game Used Baseball Signed by Ozzie Smith
The St. Louis Cardinals were hot in the mid-1980’s, winning pennants in 1985 and 1987, and this Official World Series (Ueberroth) baseball saw some action in the ’87 series where, despite this ball’s signer - the incomparable Ozzie Smith, the Cards lost to the Minnesota Twins. Smith - a Gold Glove winner and All-Star of ’87 - signs (9/10) in black ballpoint on this nicely used ball’s side panel. LOA from form Major League umpire, Dave Phillips.
