1988 Anthony Carter Minnesota Vikings Game Worn Playoff Helmet

1988 Anthony Carter Minnesota Vikings Game Worn Playoff Helmet

Remembered as one of the NFL's premier wide receivers and college football's most explosive player. He was forced into retirement at age 35 due to a debilitating shoulder injury. In 1988, Carter helped the Vikes into the playoffs and past the Rams in the Wildcard game before falling to the eventual winner of the Super Bowl, San Francisco. Riddell size 7 helmet is all original with "81-Carter" dymo tape tag inside. Good use and signed (8/10) along side the right Viking horn, "My game used Playoff, 1988 Anthony Carter 81."
