1988 Hank Aaron Autographed Game Worn Old Timers Jersey
A great gamer, this one was begotten from a 1988 Old Timers game and is one of the last pieces of game used equipment which Hammerin’ Hank would ever touch. The true “Home Run King” still got in the dirt even as an old timer, as evidenced by dirt stains on the front and back of the jersey. Gray road jersey with “Atlanta” and tomahawk across the chest in red on navy tackle twill. “Aaron” in navy tackle twill on nameplate on verso. His number “44” large underneath. Signed in black sharpie on the front tail, “Best Wishes, Hank Aaron.” Tagging on front left tail is “Wilson” with [size] 44 flag tag with care on reverse and the year “88” embroidered on plate below. Until that magic number, 755, is surpassed, Aaron will remain unequivocally at the pinnacle of the most prestigious category in baseball.
