1996 Andruw Jones Game Worn Rookie Jersey

1996 Andruw Jones Game Worn Rookie Jersey

After the Atlanta Braves brought him up from Single-A Macon during the 1996 season, Andruw Jones became the youngest player in Major League history to homer in a World Series, blasting 2 in his first 2 at-bats! The youngest player to do this before him was Mickey Mantle. Much like Mantle (as well as other legendary centerfielders who are mentioned in the same breath, like the great Willie Mays) Jones has developed into a superb all-around player. He is currently widely regarded as the single best centerfielder in baseball. Beautiful white home jersey with “Braves” and Tomahawk across the chest. Verso with “A. Jones 25”. “Wilson” tagging on front left tail with [size] 44 flag tag & [year] 96 tag. Nice use.
