1988 Miami Hurricanes Presentation Signed Football
In what would become head coach Jimmy Johnson's final season at the helm, this signed football from the 1988 Miami Hurricanes is signed by about 25 members of the team including Johnson. The signatures are in blue ink that is faded in spots but overall averages about 6/10. The '88 'Canes went 11-1 after whipping Nebraska at the Orange Bowl in a glorified home game. Other wording on the ball reads: "1988 MIAMI HURRICANES #2 IN NATION 11 WINS 1 LOSS." "ORANGE BOWL" and the game score are also written on the Wilson ball, covering up the label.
