1988 Vermont Mariners hat game worn by 11-time Gold Glove winner Omar Vizquel. Royal blue cap has a mesh back with gold embroidered V on the crown, New Era tag in band (hat is adjustable and has been taped in place), and OMAR #13 written under the bill in bold black marker. Extensive use is displayed throughout, with dirt and sweat stains evident. The 1988 season was the only one in which Vermont served as the AA affiliate of the Seattle Mariners, so memorabilia of any kind is scarce and this game worn item from one of its brightest stars makes quite a keepsake.
