1988 Sid Fernandez Hammered New York Mets Signed Game Used Bat
A beautiful Sid Fernandez signed, game-used Rawlings bat from his 1988 season with the New York Mets. Absolutely hammered with use and signed on the barrel in black. The knob is stamped "113B, 077 8" and his number "50" is handwritten on the knob and end (he wore #50 because he was a native of Hawaii, the 50th State). The bat measures 33.75" and weighs 32.5 ounces. "El Sid" was hardly a slouch at the plate, as he batted .250 in 1988 with 14 hits, five walks and nine RBI.
