1989 Don Mattingly New York Yankees Game Worn Home Jersey
Beautiful home jersey from 1989, the year "The Hitman" knocked in 113 RBI's and hit for a .303 average. Wilson pin stripe sports the "NY" logo on the chest and fan favorite "23" on back, all sewn on in blue durene. Wilson and size 42 tagging in the tail with "Mattingly 89" embroidered on collar plate. Mattingly signed the the collar plate in black marker. The jersey comes with two letters of authenticity, one from "Donnie Baseball" himself and the other from Joe Garagiola, both on B.A.T. letterhead (Mattingly's letter is handwritten and signed). No Yankee jersey collection could ever be complete without this cult hero's garb.
