1989 Senior Baseball League Game Worn Uniforms Including Earl Weaver (9)
For those of us prone to senior moments, here's a rare find: complete uniforms (pants and jerseys) from the Gold Coast Suns of the Senior Baseball League; a circuit that lasted for just one season in 1989. All are gray uniforms and 100% original. Wilson tags are in the collars and the names sewn on plates on the backs. Pants have numbers written in them. Included in the collection are Hall of Famer Earl Weaver, who managed the Suns, Grant Jackson, Bobby Ramos, Taylor Duncan, Glenn Gulliver, Rennie Stennett, Joe Hicks, Bob Molinaro, and Tom Shopay. The nine uniforms show moderate use.
